Terms of Use

Your account and content

Keep your account secure and use Material only for lawful purposes. You retain rights to your content and give us permission to store, process, and display it to provide the service. Only save or share content you have permission to use. Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan includes up to 200 saved cards at a time. Material Pro allows you to save more than 200 cards for $10 USD per month, plus any applicable tax disclosed at checkout. This is an automatically renewing subscription. We charge the payment method you authorize each month until you cancel. Any price change will be communicated before it takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through Your plan → Manage subscription on the Material website before the next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid period. Existing cards remain available when Pro expires, but saving additional cards requires space within the free limit or an active Pro plan. Contact support for billing errors or refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and saved library in the iPhone app under Settings. Account deletion stops future renewals of your Material web subscription. It does not automatically refund your current paid period. Contact support if you cannot access your account or subscription controls.

Service availability

We work to keep Material available, but interruptions and changes may occur. Keep copies of content that is important to you. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

iPhone app

The iPhone app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
